It gives me immense pleasure to know that Animal Health Companies Association of Bangladesh (Al-ICAB) is holding the 4th International Exhibition & Seminar on Dairy, Aqua and Pet-2018 (lEDAP-2018) at Bangabandhu International Conference Centre (BICC), Dhaka from 8-10 March 2018. The Dairy and Aqua sector is very important to us for various reasons. It provides protein to the food bucket of the country. It is also a very employment intensive sector in the national economy. Apart from those, Aqua sector earns valuable foreign currency from the world market. All that we have to do is to introduce more modern practice and technology.

I believe this exhibition will create a platform for networking among farmers, entrepreneurs, technology providers as well as customers which will provide necessary inputs for accelerated investment in this sector. Our Government has created special facility for the Dairy and Aqua farmers which I believe has created a friendly environment for Dairy and Aqua industry to continue to flourish.

I express my thanks and deepest appreciation to the concerned Government Departments, members of AHCAB and other stakeholders for arranging such an event and seminar. I am very hopeful that 4th International Exhibition & Seminar on Dairy, Aqua and Pet-2018 in Dhaka, Bangladesh will be a great achievement for all the stakeholders of relevant industry.
